Responsibilities

• Manage fitting out & contracting work projects independently
• E&M Design and drawing
• Prepare site progress report and relevant submission
• Tackle problem proactively and foster team spirit
• Handle project co-ordination, schedule progress control, VO, documentation & tendering
• Initial review on tender documents and analyze tender
• Perform good communication skill in coordinate with the client, consultants and other site parties.

Requirements

•  8+ years experience        
• High Diploma in E&M or related.

• Good communication skills with internal and external parties

• Good command in both oral and written in English, Cantonese

• Analytical mind with good problem solving capabilities

• Computer knowledge for MS office, AutoCAD, MS project is necessary

• Hard-working, self-motivate and capable work under pressure.
