Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project Management include but not limited to project planning, coordination and supervision.
- Responsible for Call Centre migration.
- Testing strategy planning.
- Manage implementation in Data Center.
- Troubleshooting for customer reported problem.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience with Voice/Contact Centre background (Server background will also be considered).
- Experience in Multimedia Contact Center solutions such as Genesys platforms and SIP voice gateway
- Odd hours working maybe required occasionally.
- Knowledge of Routing Strategy concepts and configuration
- Non-IVR call flow design and configuration
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical, consulting, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
- Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and open-minded.
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English.
