Job Description:
-Support Windows-based workstations and servers ;
-Troubleshoot network hardware and software ;
-Provide Helpdesk technical support to customers ;
-On-site system installation.
Requirements:
-Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline ;
-Minimum 1 years of working experience in IT fields ;
-Proficient in Windows 7 & 10, MS Office ;
-Familiar with WAN, LAN ;
-Good communication skills ;
-Experience on web programming is an advantage ;
-Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered.
