Responsibilities

Provide after-sales service to customers on-site, installation, repair, and maintenance of Zeiss products in Hong Kong and Macau. Serves as technical trouble shooter and reports directly to Service Manager. This position will bring you into direct contact with the latest developments in the microscopy industry.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide high quality after-sales service to Universities, Hospitals and private R&D labs
• Handle technical inquiries, provide instrument installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
• Effective internal and external communication
• Handling of service quotation, service contracts and collect service AR
  
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Vocational Higher Diploma in engineering
• 2 or more years experience in related field is preferred
• Fresh Graduates are Welcomed
• Proactive attitude and problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a team
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with optical systems and IT topics is preferred
• Familiar with TCP/IP connection, PC, server, database backup and restore
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Antivirus protection, and other Windows based tools
• Willingness to travel internationally (Regular training will take place in Germany, Singapore & China)
