Responsibilities:

• Responsible  for the overall watch case factory performance
• Managing all technical and administrative activities associated with production, including quality assurance, delivery, customer satisfaction and relations, safety and environment, manufacturing and process engineering, production scheduling, purchasing and finance.
• Planning and directing the activities of the facility to ensure the production of the highest quality products, be delivered on time to the customer in the most cost effective manner
• Incorporate the departmental budgets, objectives, and measurement systems which align with the global goals such as productivity, efficiency, safety, quality and profitability
• Develop and maintain disciplined and consistent business and measurement processes to insure proper tracking and accuracy of performance and financial data
• Ensure that quality and environmental systems are operating according to required standards including ISO14001, ISO9001, TL9000, ITFA 16949 etc.
• Drive company’s Manufacturing Excellence, continuous improvement and corrective action activities through participation and training of the workforce

Experiences:

• Experienced in precision metal fabrication required, watch case manufacturing experience is preferred

   
• At least 8-10 years exp of manufacturing of watch case
• Degree holders in Engineering, Production, Manufacturing or related disciplines
• Understanding of manufacturing supply chain
• Thorough understanding of Quality and Environmental standards and compliance in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute action plans for corrective action or continuous improvement
• Flexible, dependable and able to build collaborative relationship with team members and peer groups
• Capable to attract, retain and motivate talented resources
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English & Mandarin
