Job Description

- Handle full set of Accounts

- Book-keeping /inventory / petty cash management

- Account receivable and payable

- Payroll and MPF

- General office admin duties to ensure daily office operation

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks given by director

Requirement

- Minimum 2 years work experience in accounting and admin side

- Self-motivated, responsible, stable, hard working, willing to learn

- Working knowledge of the ecommerce industry preferable

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; 

- Well-organized, has good initiative and strong sense of responsibility

- Knowledge in ERP, MYOB will be an advantage but not necessary

- Experience dealing with auditor or working in an audit firm will be an advantage but not necessary
