​On behalf of a well-established property developer, we are seeking a high caliber to fill the position of Senior Finance Manager to support their regional operations.

Accountabilities

• Provide strategic and regional financial support to accomplish the business objective
  
• Oversee financial and management accounting operation, including cash-flow, statutory and management reporting, group consolidation, tax planning and analysis
• Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecast and variance analysis, and monitor project budget
  
• Design and implement the internal controls, policies and procedures to comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Assist in business plan formulation and various ad-hoc projects

Attributes

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with minimum 8 years Big 4 audit or regional accounting and finance experience with listed company, preferred in real estate or hotel industries
• Self-motivated, diligent, responsible and able to work multi-task and under pressure
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel)
