Job Description:
- Responsible for opening new accounts for the clients
- Contact customers to build relationship and respond to enquiries on account or operational matters
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department
- Provide clerical support including correspondence and document preparation
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive data records in the system
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Law, Finance, certificate holder in company secretaryship or related discipline
- 2-3 years working experience
- Proven English and Cantonese proficiency
- A passion for finance, management and marketing
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Immediate available is highly preferred
