Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to a team of Matrimonial and Family Law lawyers
• Update and maintain filing systems
• Coordinate meetings and schedule daily activities when necessary

Requirements:

• Good PC knowledge and skilled in MS Office applications
• Speak and write immaculate English. Chinese language skills will be advantage.
• Proficient English typing and audio typing.
• Minimum 2 years’ secretarial experience in legal firms
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Enthusiastic and able to work independently and under pressure
