Descriptions

• Assist the Department Head to oversee daily activities and ensure an efficient operations within the department, and ensure high level of compliance in place;
• Assist to manage the completion of structured requirements including documentation, reporting, coordination and etc.;
• Assist to review and monitor the operations efficiency and pro-actively provide suggestions for enhancement to optimize efficiency;
• Ensure all staff and contractors to strictly follow the safety plans, method statements and procedures during daily operations;
• Assist to monitor subordinates’ performance, coach and develop the subordinates to ensure the staffs have adequate training in executing assigned activities;
• Provide administrative support on staff recruitment, system maintenance, policy and procedures update, service quality management, cost review and vendor management;
• Responsible for operational activities including policy administration, scanning, renewal, filing, dispatching and etc.;
• Update procedure manuals and guidelines, and training manuals to ensure compliance to regulations, legal and corporate audit requirements are met and service consistency;
• Establish clear career path developments across the team to systematically develop people in the team;
• Proactively support departmental daily activities with ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality and safety standards, company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements;
• Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in business administration, operations or other related discipline(s);
• At least 5 years’ working experience in operations industry with at least 2 years at managerial / supervisory level;
• With relevant experience in media or advertising industry will be a definite advantage;
• Strong problem solving, good communication skills and analytical skills;
• High integrity and initiative, good team-player, strong achievement drive, meticulous and able to work independently;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office application.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Administration Manager
