Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 4-5 years experience in sales administration and business support
- Experience in business contract processing and preparing sales reports
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-minded, dynamics, energetic with good organization skills
- Good communication of both spoken and written English
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide support on sales administration functions and database management
- Liaise with internal departments on contract administration and data consolidation
- Responsible for reviewing business terms and preparing sales analysis reports
- Perform business operational duties including marketing research and ad hoc duties
