Responsibilities

• Conduct routine daily inspection and follow up on premises up-keeping
• Coordination work for event setting logistic
• Monitor and supervise contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies such as securities, cleaning etc.
• Attend events and or perform emergency duty outside normal office hours as required
• Other administrative tasks and record maintenance as assigned
• Any ad-hoc events that you may be required to undertake at the client’s discretion

Requirements

• Experience in Facility / Property Management is preferable
• Diploma or higher diploma holder with related disciplines is preferable
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
• Hands on experience in PC operations of MS Word, Excel is a must
• Fresh graduate will consider as AFSO
