Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and handle all Administrative, Property Management, Leasing issues, also assist in ad hoc project or any works as assigned
  • Handle daily clerical work such as prepare documents, data entry, filing and scanning documents

 

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma in Property Management, Business Administration or equivalents
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience,
  • Relevant experience in Property Management or Leasing is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing(over 40 words per minute)
  • Good computer skills and knowledge in information technologies are preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
  • Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
