Task & responsibilities

l            Responsible for providing administrative support to sales teams in preparing quotations, following up sales orders and other related documents

l            Assist in the operations of Showroom, including serving customers, ensuring showroom neatness, displaying products and monitoring inventory level

l            Take part in Hong Kong jewellery exhibitions

Requirements

l            Diploma or above

l            At least 2 year of relevant working experience

l            Knowledge in jewellery a definite plus but not essential

l            Working hour: Mon to Sat 9:30a.m. to 6:00p.m.

l            Hands on experience in MS Word and Excel

l            Good English and Cantonese

l            Willing to learn, independent, presentable and a true team player
