Job Description
A leading insurance company is looking for a 1 year contract HR officer
Job Descriptions
Support the daily HR BAU activities including:
- Support the running of the annual cycle, offer package, compensation survey, prepare data analytic and HR-related reports
- Support the administration of compensation and benefit programme, and
- Support any HR or Total Reward related project etc.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years HR or C&B experience in a
- Used to working in a multi-cultural and fast-pace environment
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with functions such as Pivot Table and VLookUp
- Good at preparing PowerPoint presentation
- Independent, self-initiated, able to work with tight deadlines
- Number sensitive, detail-minded, accurate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels
Candidate with less experience, will be consider as HR Officer.
