Job Description
Our client is the second largest workplace design firm in Asia with over 350 staff in 13 offices across Asia and the US. They are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to continue the fast growth across the region.

You will enable and facilitate connections between clients and the internal network of interior designers and senior management within the group.

Work closely with the Regional Director to identify and pursue potential opportunities and leads

Be part of the design pitch and presentation to clients
-
Approach potential end user clients to establish upcoming real estate and design needs

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate end users, real estate brokers and project managers

Attend industry events and build a network within the business community
Requirements:
- Tertiary education, preferably in a related subject, Business/ Marketing or similar
- Min 3 years sales experience dealing with international companies.
- Experience in a related industry such as design, real estate or project management are essential
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Initiative, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to network with and present to executive level professionals
- Communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
