Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender / quotation / document submission
• Coordinate with the landlord, contractors and vendors for the renovation work
• To supervise the construction process with various parties throughout a project ensuring smooth implementation.
• E&M Design and drawing, co-ordination and site meeting.
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Building / Building service Engineering
• At least 5 years or above relevant experience in Building / A&A / Fitting out Project with contractor
• Good knowledge of PC operations
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
