We're currently looking for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor in particular with interior fit out and A&A works experience in Hong Kong to join our experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties with minimal supervision including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
• Prepare the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.
• Attend meetings and site inspections when required
• Comply with the Company’s QA requirements and best practice Excellent problem solving skills, organized and proactive team player

Requirements

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• MRICS or MHKIS is preferred but not a must
• Min. 3 years relevant working experience in Hong Kong in a consultancy practice is required
• Knowledge and understanding of MEP services will be an advantage
• Must be able to demonstrate experience in adding value to clients in the Pre-Construction and Project Planning Phases.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential Candidate must have solid experience in pre and post contract works
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
