Objective: Provides efficient system and operations support to Operations function which are in line with Company and Departmental goals

Responsibilities:

• Main duties: Handle/ Organizes and supports system modifications and UAT for Operations related systems as required for products, project, campaigns & compliance. (including but not limited to Claims system, SPCP (Strategic Planning, Coordination and Partnerships)/ Workflow system, Web & mobile applications and Other application owned by Operations)
• Conduct/ Organizes post launch quality assurance & user training
• Participates & supports respective Services & operations initiatives
• Set up & implements operational procedures, guidelines & regulatory related standards accordingly to scheduled timeline so as to make existing & new business be compliant
• Provide training & coaching to junior staff to uplift their technical skill

Requirement:

• Degree holder with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication & presentation skills with positive service mindset
• Accountable & egger to learn
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
