Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating, arranging and controlling the production schedule of production plan, keeping track of the production situation.
• Responsible for production materials, planning, capacity allocation and scheduling.
• Control flows of materials and utilization of labor to ensure adequate production requirements of the plant.
• Support production scheduling tracking on-time delivery, production efficiency and yield lost.
• Reasonable for allocation of production staff to improve production efficiency.
• Control inventory utilization as a result of change in schedules, order spikes, design change, parts shortage and end of the product life cycle.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline is an advantage.
• Technical knowledge and strong production solving ability is a must.
• At least 10 years factory production experiences in toys industries.
• Good organizational & analytical skills and able to communicate all levels.
• Station in China factory.
