Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement standard operating procedure so as to improve the efficiency of production.
• Ensuring effective and efficient production costs, on time and good quality production.
• Working out human and material resources needs, and timescale for production.
• Supervise and review the workforce in the factory.
• Ensure reliable production planning, cost estimate and materials utilization.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes.
• Coordinating with different departments and reviewing worker performance.
• Implementing company policies and goals.

 Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline is an advantage.
• Technical knowledge and strong production solving ability is a must.
• At least 10 years factory production experiences in toys industries.
• Good knowledge in toys production technique and operation, including cost control, quality control, etc.
• Good organizational & analytical skills and able to communicate all levels.
• Station in China factory.
