The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating the activities of the staff through setting of work priorities and providing guidance to accomplish tasks;
• Managing projects meeting customer delivery requirement;
• Leading and directing weekly staff meetings with assigned staff members for the purpose of facilitating dialogue & team alignment on tasks;
• Ensuring proper change management is followed and executed
• Reviewing daily issues and  assuring problems are defined and decisions are made to determine appropriate action;
• Maintaining effective working relationships with peer technology groups;
• Preparing and presenting the weekly operation report to top management in weekly basis;
• Managing operation P & L  and,
• Performing other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the plant operation meeting the expectation

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

• Degree or above in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent;
• Plant operation experience in a metal and plastic plant (4-5 years);
• Proven leadership in managing production, PMC, procurement and subcontractors;
• Solid understanding ERP, MRP system, manufacturing planning models;
• Working knowledge of manufacturing process / planning, time study, standard cycle time, line balance, continuous improvement skill ;
• Working Knowledge of metal stamping, plastic injection molding, soldering, die casting;
• Great attention to detail is a must;
• Proven customer service skills;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; and,
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
