Our clients, a PRC background Hong Kong Financial Institute with SFC type 1, 4, 6, 9 licenses, is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Finance Manager
• Prepare and review daily funding sheet
• Prepare and review daily finance report (FRR), including but not limit to balance sheet, profit and loss statement
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Perform ad-hoc accounting projects where necessary

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 2 year’s working experience in securities firm or sizable financial institution. Solid experience in securities accounting, FRR is preferred
• Experience or knowledge in MYOB accounting system is an advantage
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office including Excel and Word
• Possess excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Senior Finance Officer
