You will report to the CFO. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct research on targeted companies / sectors, competitors, market place from primary/secondary sources to support the diversified investment projects
• Investigate company financial statements and other public documents in order to estimate companies' financial worth, and make forecasts about their industries of specialty
• Conduct M&A advisory, modeling and valuation analysis for M&A projects
• Conduct preliminary due diligence process and estimate risks of investment
• Write intelligent and insightful reports by projects and across the group, present the findings, recommendations and business plans to the senior executives and maybe corporate clients for the group and its subsidiaries
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business / Economics / Social Science / Statistics or equivalent discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of experiences in conducting research in financial industry for different sectors, preferably in sizable organization or professional consultancy environment or listed company  
• A high level of transferable skills, including analytical and communication skills
• An enthusiastic and ambitious team player with an eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation abilities
• With passion building a career from a new start-up in financial investment sector 
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
• Business travel to China, SEA and UAE
• Immediate available is definitely advantage
