Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general office administrative support on daily operations
  • Data input, document handling and filing
  • Provide clerical & administrative support in relation all rounded HR duties including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, etc
  • Assist in HR ad-hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Form 6 graduate, with 2 yrs working experience in office coordination
  • Good communication skill, detail-minded and able to work independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese. Good at communication skills
  • Immediately available is preferred
