Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales team on client’s project and orders

• Handle customer orders, shipping arrangement and declaration 
• Prepare quotation and invoices, handle data entry & filing
• Assist in all aspects of exhibition works

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years experience in jewellery industry
• Proficiency in using MS Windows, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of jewellery products is preferred
• Good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility 
• Able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
