Job Description

Human Resources Director

With around 10,000 employees, our client is a leading garment manufacturer and exporter with production factories in China and Asia countries, and now looking for Human Resources Director(HRD) to support the rapid business expansion and provide timely and responsive HR functions to the business development and operations.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, HRD will be required driving and executing HR strategies for excellent human resources management for the Group via strategic HR planning and execution of organizational HR initiatives, formulating corporate strategies to support the business operation and company growth.

Key duties:

  • Formulate and implement corporate strategies, policies and guidelines and cascade to subsidiaries for driving operation excellence and cost effective management
  • Drive and monitor all HR operation and management in line with regional legal requirements and in line with business growth
  • Provide advisory support to department heads for business growth from HR perspective
  • Develop superior workforce, employee-oriented company culture and appropriate C&B systems and related policies in coping with the need of rapid growth of the company
  • Establish departmental measurable KPIs that support the accomplishment of strategic goals
  • Handle annual budgeting, manpower planning, succession plan and talent management 
  • Lead HR projects and change management related initiatives

 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience in sizable company (with at least 5 years at senior managerial level or department head ) preferably in garment manufacturing sector
  • Well-versed in China labour ordinance
  • Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and top-notch attention to detail
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Station China or South Asia Countries
  • Less experience will consider to be Senior HR Manager
