Our clients, a Hong Kong Listed PRC Financial Institute is currently looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their Human Resources Division.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 2, provide full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, C&B, payroll and MPF administration, leave management, taxation, performance management, work visa application and employee relations, report to the Head of HR
• Work with business units to assess business strategies in order to provide support accordingly
• Maintain employee data in HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Prepare HR-related statics and reports on a regular basis
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance Industry, candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Manager
• Strong sense of responsibility with some management skill, detail-minded, well organized, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
