Responsibilities:-

• Handle the administration tasks of Acceleration Programmes
• Provide all-rounded administrative support to Acceleratees e.g. answering enquiries, programme admission, regular content consolidation, documentation and reporting etc.
• Assist in procurement process  and financial settling arrangement of  Acceleration Programmes
• Coordinate with partners and vendors on the arrangement of legal documentations to Acceleration Programmes and the development of legal library for Acceleratees
• Coordinate with vendors on the service scope of professional services  to Acceleration Programmes
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements:-

• Tertiary educated with a minimum of 2 years working experience
• Knowledge and experience in providing administration service
• Legal education background or training is highly preferred
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded, organized and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
