Our client is a HK listed company with offices in HK and China

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across the company to help assess and prioritize M&A transactions to best align with corporate strategy and growth objectives
• Lead all aspects of transaction execution including project management, due diligence and valuation, negotiation, documentation. Work closely with business teams
• Support post-acquisition integration by ensuring that cross-functional teams are all executing on their respective M&A integration plans
• Lead all the financial activities in Hong Kong and operations in PRC china, includes financial reporting, planning, budgeting, tax planning, forecasting and group consolidation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance and Accounting or other relevant quantitative disciplines
• HKICPA or ACCA Qualification or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ work experience in M&A, with consumer goods industry is preferred
• Candidate with Big 4 background is necessary
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, proficient in English and Chinese
