Job Description

Job descriptions:

- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Management team of Logistics Division.

- Monitor and maintain duty roster, routing planning, GPS report, regular meeting minutes, vehicle        maintenance report, road accident report, etc.

- Co-ordinate with cross department and organize follow up meeting to action items.

- Liaise with frontline drivers & outsourcing trucking teams.

- Assist in housekeeping on operations documentation.

- Develop relevant SOP / WI for daily routines.

- Communicate with all levels of stakeholders in workplace.

- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.



- Degree holder with 1-2 years relevant working experience. (Fresh graduates will be also considered.) 

- Able to work with least supervision, with good time management skills and commit tight timeline.

- Analytical skills to operations data.

- Self initiative, attentive to details, mutli-tasking.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, excel, powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing)

- Good command of both written & spoken English & Cantonese.

- Holder of 1,2 driving license is an advantages.
