Our client is a reputable law firm with over 10 offices around the globe, rare opportunity with this organisation has risen as they seek for a Legal Secretary (Reputable Law Firm/Attractive Package/Quality Work Life Balance) to join their Investment Funds practice area. Direct reporting to Partner, dynamic team with sufficient supporting ratio and MNC working environment, ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, well-organized and a good team player.  

Open to legal secretaries candidates from any legal supporting role! 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with drafting and/or reviewing legal documentations and all rounded administrative/secretarial support to Partner
• Providing comprehensive legal drafting, editing and formatting on a wide range of legal matters
• Schedule court depositions, hearings and other meetings
• Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders
• Contact and following up with clients and regulatory bodies in general inquiries and project related issues

Requirements: 

• Degree Holders, Legal Secretary certification or diploma equivalence 
• Minimum 2 years legal secretary experiences from an international law firms; reputable local law firms will also be considered 
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
