Job Description
On behalf of a well known retail chain, we are looking for high calibre personnel to fill the position of Retail Operation Assistant.
Accountabilites
- Provide administrative support to merchandising activities
- As a key player to facilitate communication between office and stores
- Collect data to prepare monthly sales and management reports
- Handle sales order follow up and stock transfer
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment
Attributes
- Diploma preferred with 2 years relevant experience in retail industry
- Proactive, detail-oriented, well organized and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Hands-on PC experience in MS office, especially Excel (includes Pivot Table & V-Look Up)
