Job Description

Customer Value Management - Customer Propositions Department

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Customer Propositions (Account Opening).
Principal responsibilities
  • Review existing account opening and client onboarding journey and suggest streamlining ideas to improve customer experience
  • Lead and drive the account opening process review project and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in expanding channel capability (where applicable)
  • Ensure workflow and operational processes are effectively executed which provide a high standard customer journey to the clients
  • Work closely with internal business risks monitoring teams to comply with the Bank's internal guidelines, Global Standards and regulatory requirements



  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' retail banking experience and project management experience
  • Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong Self-motivation with good project management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
