Job Description

CSO:
- Provide customer service to high-net customers
- Handle inbound customer enquiries / market loans product
- Manage the daily operations

- IIQE qualification required

 

Call Center Manager:
- Ensure the bank policy and procedure are in place

- Monitor the overall call center service quality

- Review and revise call center procedure

- Analyse and report center call center's reports
