Job Description:

• Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) of telephone banking systems and call systems (no need to sell)
• Provide clerical support to the team

Requirement:

• Knowledge in using WORD and EXCEL is a must
• Experience on performing test on computer system / conduct user acceptance test (UAT) is preferred (NOT a must)
• Knowledge of using telephone banking system (optional)
• Experience in computer programming (optional)
