Objectives:

Retain a sustainable business growth of existing portfolio by maintaining the strong relationship with our business partners and client, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and provide quality service to the accounts assigned.
• Achieve policy persistency target.
• Provide professional and technical expertise to customers and intermediaries.
• Maintain the profitability of assigned portfolio.
• Achieve agency penetration and sales production and business target.
• Manage the entire sales process, prospecting, and proposal preparation.
• Explore cross sell opportunity of EB & MPF business.
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned.
• Drive new initiatives to generate revenue and support all related marketing activities.
• Solicit customer feedback for better customer satisfaction management.
• Monitor renewal and new business quality and workflow and provide suggestions for further improvement.

Requirements:

• University / College graduate plus 5 years’ experience, out of which 2 years at supervisory level

• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Staff coaching skills
