Responsibilities:

• Assist Channel Head to develop broker strategies.
• Provide effective solutions to brokers and clients including but not limited to quotations, service proposals and escalate enquiries to senior management when necessary.
• Bridge communications between internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify improvements to prevent issues from recurring.
• Develop and maintain sound relationships with brokers/clients by acting as a key contact point and providing efficient and quality services.
• Consultative selling to brokers and clients with an innovative mindset.
• Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through brokers and directly with clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales target.
• Manage meeting coordination, PowerPoint preparation, management of inventory for sales materials and premiums.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Banking/ Insurance broking/ Life & Medical industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Willingness and ability to share and impart knowledge & skills to team members.
• Detail-minded, well-organized and possess good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy.
