Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall technical solutions of the group's systems (including transaction system, telephone system, online behavior management, conference system, monitoring system, etc.) as well as daily management, technical support, development, implementation and promotion, and continuously improve the system availability to provide IT technical support to company users and customers.
• Responsible for the company's IT system security, efficient, stable operation and network security management, and the development of the company's internal network, computer software and hardware standardization program and information security solutions.
• Responsible for configuration, backup and maintenance of equipment and software such as switches, servers, vmware and firewalls in the company's computer room.
• Execute and work with related departments on new requirement project development tasks, demand analysis, UAT test, MR test of Hong Kong stock exchange, etc., and arrange system launch.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, HKEX etc for contact information and support.
• Participate in the establishment, implementation and supervision of IT related management regulations and rules.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years practical experience in financial industry.
• Familiar with the operation mechanism and configuration of firewall, router and switch, understand TCP/IP protocol, and familiar with the basic principles of routing and exchange.
• Proficient in configuration and optimization of virtual servers such as vmware/ KVM.
• Proficient in server deployment, system resource scheduling, network traffic and abnormal monitoring, firewall technology, familiar with basic security knowledge,  establish efficient , safe operation and maintenance architecture.
• Good organization and coordination ability, good service awareness and execution ability, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the platform and application status and development trend of information technology and strong learning ability.
• Experience and knowledge in securities trading system for front and back office support.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
