Job Description
Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer opinion/feedback timely to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide quality phone banking services to different types of customer
- Process customer requests in a professional manner
- Keep abreast of the banking knowledge and meet the compliance/regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five with relevant working experience will also be considered
- Require to work with flexi-hours
- Strong customer service orientation, with good communication and phone skills
- Willing to share ideas with colleagues and enjoy teamwork
- With drive to learn for growth in the banking industry
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Relevant professional qualification in insurance and investment an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
