 Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all company policies, internal control procedures & manuals are up-to-date with regulatory requirements and monitor adherence with these policies;
• Act as MIC of Compliance Officer (“CO”) core functions and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) for the company;
• Provide staff training related to up-to-date compliance guidelines and requirements;
• Assist the RO's in drafting and revising operational procedures, manuals and other relevant forms and documents;
• Execute compliance sample testing plans to ensure compliance control effectiveness;
• Liaise with internal and external parties (e.g. lawyers) for Corporate’s license application;
• Perform compliance check and review on suitability requirements in relation to selling of investment products;

 Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year's compliance experiences, preferably with an asset management firm or in licensed corporations;
• In-depth knowledge of the SFO and SFC codes and Guidelines;
• Proficient in PC, EXCEL and accounting software;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Good team player with multi-tasking skills;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility;
• Immediately available preferred.
