Job Purpose

You will be working closely with Regional Head to understand business needs and to perform detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes to support the Travel business with additional responsibilities in leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and  developing solutions
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings and producing report to various stakeholders
• Performing requirements and data analysis to define and revise BU strategy
• Supporting to define resource allocation plan
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree or above in Business Management, Financing or relevant
• At least 4 years' of relevant experience in MNC enviornment
• Solid experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-pacing environment
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude with good presentation skill
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint 
• Excellent communication skill and strong partnership ability with all stakeholders
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
