Our client is a ePayment service company, looking for an professional to expand its payment network, and managing end-to-end payment operations involving lots of different stakeholders.

THE JOB

• Build and maintain relationships with Payment Providers within the Asia Market
• Work with production to resolve issues, performing full operational risk assessments at the beginning and reporting updates to senior management
• Supervise the Payment Team with end-to-end payment flows for our Customers
• Conduct research and due diligence on attractive new payment countries and payment partners
• Be the point person for customer-related issues relating to payments business
• Work with IT, Product & Finance teams to develop internal tooling for payment network management

THE PERSON

• BA/ BS degree or equivalent practical experience;
• At least 5 years working experience in the payment industry with emerging financial services, technology, payment service providers, payment processors and/or digital platform partners;
• Experience working with payment partners and good relationship with local payment providers, especially in China market is a plus;
• Hand on experience of opening bank accounts or other financial accounts to allow local funds settlement
• Solid knowledge of various online / offline payment tools and best practices
• Willing and excited to travel for extended periods of time in Asia
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese (Mandarin) fluently and idiomatically
