As a member of the Business Lab, your major role is to support the company for improving its operation efficiency and exploring future development opportunities. You are required to conduct researches and feasibility studies in different area, work closely with different operation teams and provide business solutions with high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for solution planning and implementation in relation to new developments, operation reviews and enhancements;
• Keep abreast of latest market information, regulatory requirements and new technologies;
• Conduct studies and analysis, provide suggestions on company’s future developments;
• Cooperate with internal divisions to carry out projects systematically to ensure success criteria and timelines are met;
• Provides training that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives to designated members of the company;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by seniors and management.

Basic Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in business discipline or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Experiences in corporate finance, due diligence or KYC sector will be an advantage
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
