My Client is looking for an experience Settlement Officer/ Senior Settlement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Preform daily operations of securities and derivatives settlement
• Handle physical scrip deposit and withdrawal
• Handle SI/ISI/settlement, nominee and corporate actions activities
• Perform stock holding reconciliation
• Follow up with counter-parties independently
• Ensure all settlement instructions are executed timely and efficiently
• Perform settlement administrative duties, such as data input, filing, report printing, etc.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder in business-related discipline or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant experience in brokerage firm
• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS operations
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access
• Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
