Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operation and settlement functions of futures trading and securities trading;
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and statements of futures and securities as well as other administrative duties;
• Assist in system modification and UAT testing;
• Handle client fund/ stocks deposit or withdrawal;
• Handle new client account opening;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Form 5 standard or above, minimum 3 years of experiences in securities and futures settlement operations;

• Proficient in MS office application, including Chinese word processing;

• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS operations;

• Willing to work overtime and on public holiday, able to work under pressure;

• Responsible, well organized, hardworking & self-initiative;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Immediately available is preferred.
