The Role:

• Be accountable for seasoned commercial financial analysis and solutions to support ongoing strategic management decisions
• Work closely with business units to identify key drivers for financial performance
• Perform annual budget, forecast and analysis, create financial/business modeling if necessary to support new business opportunities / product launches
• Proactively review and recommend measures to optimize finance processes

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance/  Accounting or related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA
• At least 10 years of solid hands-on finance management and financial analysis experience, of which 5 years working in a managerial capacity, in a MNC environment with exposure in China or Australia region
• Demonstrated experience in accounting, financial forecasting and budgeting
• Independent, results-focused and responsible, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin
• High PC proficiency with advanced knowledge and experience in using ERP systems, BI tools and MS Excel
