Responsibilities:      

• Responsible for financial reporting and month-end closing procedures;
• Prepare consolidated accounts independently and coordinating with subsidiaries in the PRC on monthly reporting;
• Prepare accounting schedules, budget, forecast, financial analysis, management reports and assist preparation of annual and interim reports;
• Coordinate year-end statutory audit and profits tax computation;
• Liaise with internal and external parties including auditors, bankers, tax consultant, and company secretary.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other business related field;
• Qualified member in HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years’ financial accounting experiences gained from audit and/or listed companies;
• Prior experience working for a listed HK company and knowledge of HK Stock Exchange reporting requirements will be a distinct advantage. Candidates with more experience shall be considered for Assistant Manager position;
• Analytical, strong interpersonal and numerical skills, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
