Duties:

• Responsible for full range of Accounting functions of HK/BVI companies
• Prepare an annual budget, monthly cash flow forecast and perform an actual-and-budget variance analysis of Hong Kong Head office
• Review commodities shipment documents and related invoices raised by trading department, including letters of credit, bill collection, several stages of invoices
• Liaise with a finance team of oversea mining companies and review their management reports, provide sound financial advice and value added analysis
• Prepare / review annual and interim reports, announcements and other published corporate documents 
• Liaise with other departments to formulate effective internal control
• Maintain the ERP accounting system software in line with needs of the Group and the other affiliated companies
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management
• Willing to travel to China / overseas occasionally

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
• Student member of HKICPA;
• At least 3 years working experience in accounting with at least 1 year at supervisory level, preferably in trading business in the past employment(s)
• Familiar with trade finance, HK accounting standards, Hong Kong listing rules, tax rules and related regulations
• Proficient in English and Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available preferred
