Our client, a well-established business consultancy firm with a long history for over 35 years has offices in HK and 1^st tier cities in Greater China. They now seek a Tax Advisory Manager to join their strong team of Consultants. Headquartered in Hong Kong, the company provides diversified business services such as Corporate Services, Finance & Accounting, Tax Advisory, Trade & Technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide various tax advisory services to clients (tax advice on tax implications and tax planning opportunities, corporate restructuring, pro-active tax advice on latest developments in tax law and practice)
• Review Tax computation and Tax returns for Corporate & Individual clients
• Tax advisory projects, Tax compliance review, Tax credit, Company re-structuring
• Conduct Tax seminars and workshops
• Coach & support team members on Tax issues
• Work closely with Business Development team in developing new business opportunities with clients

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related discipline
• Qualified member of Taxation Institute of HK or Chartered Institute of Taxation, HK or UK Tax Advisor is preferred
• Qualified Accountant with experience in consultancy firm an advantage
•  At least 6 years relevant working experience in HK & China’s Taxation specialization
• Good communication & skills in liaising with Tax authorities in HK and Greater China
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skills in English & Chinese
